I have had the worst experience with holiday travel zone. I had booked a kashmir trip through HTZ. Due to violent situation in Kashmir my trip got cancelled. Babita and akash from HTZ promised me all this time to try and refund my booking amount once they get in touch with travel agents in Kashmir. I waited for 6 months and tried to reach them out every time to check on my refund. They stopped responding and finally came up with cancellation policy and denied my refund. Just fraudsters. Stay away.
